Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your custom piece. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order, as changes cannot be made once production starts.

3. Payment

4. Production & Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect address details.

6. Sales Final

As each piece is custom-designed and created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any artwork. Please carefully review your order details and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.

7. Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel an order before production has begun, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

While we take every care to ensure your artwork is delivered in perfect condition, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
